So I went into Freddie’s joint in Clio, Mi for the first time last week and a guy named Alex helped me.. I was looking for something that I could use for topical use. Alex was really nice and patient with me while I asked him a million questions about the products… I was so impressed with him that I went back two days later bought a second thing of the same product and he waited on me once again. Jane was so helpful and knowledgeable, while mom explained that her arthritis kept her awake at night. Jane had product recommendations ready, and I might add mom was out cold by 7:30 and has had early nights since.

Customer service is great! I am from out of state and I seen a sign that said do not drink the water just wash. I went out and told the young lady how sad I was that I couldn’t drink the water after. Obviously I was kidding. She took it upon herself to go get me a cold cup of water. She shocked me and showed me just how far they will go for good customer service. Thank you ladies.
